It all started when I was in secondary school. I was captivated by a video shown on the wall of our prayer house, Musolla al-Muttaqin. It was about the great Muslim scholars during the golden age of Baghdad. Since then, my ultimate dream has been to become one of them. I was also deeply inspired by the movie 3 Idiots. And now, here I am, writing this while looking at a sticky note I placed on my whiteboard back in 2016 that reads, “REBUILD BAYT HIKMAH.”
